SHRIMP SAUTÉED WITH TOMATOES, OLIVES &
FETA CHEESE Greek
oil in large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add garlic and oregano; stir for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and olives and sauté for 1 ½ - 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and chopped basil and cook for another minute.
Salt and pepper to taste. Transfer
to a shallow platter and sprinkle with cheese.
Garnish with basil sprigs.
