1 cup + 1 tbsp. olive
oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar juice of one lemon 2 anchovies 2 cloves garlic 8 charred green onions 1 tbsp. green peppercorns Grill green onions until
charred, blend other ingredients except oil, add oil slowly & blend, add
pepper corns, blend, add green onions, blend.
Serve over grilled fish, pork, chicken. |
