MISO SALAD DRESSING                        Hawaiian Traditional

 

2 TBSP. Miso

1 TBSP. Peanut oil

1 TBSP. Japanese rice wine vinegar

1/4 TSP. Sesame oil (Oriental type, not the health food store type)

1 TSP. Honey

2 TBSP. Water

Salt to taste

 

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for about an hour.  Makes enough for two dinner salads.
