CAROLINA VINEGAR BBQ SAUCE

(Makes about 1 ½ cups) 3/4 cup cider vinegar ½ cup water ½ cup thinly sliced onion 1 ½ TSP. Sugar 1 ½ TSP. Crushed red pepper 1 TSP. Salt 1/4 TSP. Freshly ground
black pepper Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve. May be refrigerated for up to one week. GREAT ON PULLED BBQ PORK |
