double lamb chops Marinade: ˝
cup olive oil 1
TBSP. minced garlic 1
TBSP. ‘alaea salt (pink colored Hawaiian sea salt 1
TSP. Cracked fresh pepper 1/4
TSP. Chopped fresh rosemary 1/4
TSP.. Chopped fresh thyme Combine
ingredients and let stand 15 minutes. Toss
lamb chops in marinade and let sit in refrigerator 6 hours.
Grill chops over direct heat until desired doneness. |
