SHRIMP IN SAKE GARLIC SAUCE YamaguchiServes 2 w/crusty bread or hot cooked rice
Over medium heat warm the olive oil in a sauté pan. Add garlic and onion or shallot and cook until just browned. Add shrimp and sake cook until shrimp just firm, 2 – 3 minutes. Add butter, soy and parsley. Stir until butter is melted. Serve in bowls.
