BREAD CRUMBS                                                   Basic 

Rustic type bread, ciabatta, French, etc. cut into ½” cubes 

Put just enough bread cubes into a food processor to cover the blade.  Process for about 30 seconds, until crumbs are less than pea-sized.  The crumbs will be different sizes. 

Dry the crumbs in a 200 degree oven until dry, not toasted, about 10-15 minutes. 

Use right away or freeze in a ziplock bag.
