COLE SLAW DRESSING
basic
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced (add a little at a time to get the
tartness you want)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar or pinch (add sugar a pinch at a time
until you get the sweetness you want)
Add to finely sliced green, Savoy
and red cabbage w/grated carrots
