MOJITO RECIPE                                                                                    stolen

Put a heaping teaspoon of sugar in the bottom of a tall (at least 12 oz. glass).  Add two or three mint sprigs and muddle it around with a splash of water until the sugar dissolves.  Squeeze the juice of a half of a medium (between golf and tennis ball size) lime into the glass.  Use a lemon reamer as pictured below to get all the juice.  Throw in  the squeezed lime rind.  Pour in two ounces of rum, stir and then fill glass with ice.  Fill the glass with chilled soda water.  Drink should be not too sweet.  Lime and sugar should be sort of equal in taste.
