PECAN PIE                                                                 Faucette

1 c white corn syrup
1 c dark brown sugar
1/3 c melted butter
1 heaping cup shelled pecans
3 whole eggs
Dash vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix above ingredients well. Pour into un-baked 9" pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

PECAN PIE IMPERIAL                                             Faucette

1 un baked 10" pie shell
3 eggs
1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. salt
2 c whole pecan halves
2 tbs. melted butter

In large mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar and melted butter
Blend in corn syrup, vanilla and salt

Fill pie shell with nuts and pour custard over nuts. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until set. Serves 8.
