GRANDMOTHER’S WAFFLES             Nancy Hudlow – KF’s best friend in kindergarten

Sift together:

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoon baking powder


3 eggs separated, beat whites to firm peaks

1 ¾ cup milk

½ cup Wesson oil

Mix egg yolks, milk & Wesson oil.  Add mixture to sifted dry ingredients.  Fold in egg whites.
