PER PERSON YOU WILL NEED:
Sauté ahi in olive oil with
onions over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes until fish is just medium rare.
Add tomatoes, garlic, salt & fresh ground pepper to taste.
Add basil and oregano. Stir
and serve over cooked pasta. Garnish
If it seems a little dry
when tomatoes are added, pour in some more olive oil
