BANANA NUT BREAD                                 K.F. Braden 
1/4 lb. Oleo or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. chopped pecans
2c. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
3 very ripe crushed bananas (if frozen thaw slightly then mush up)

Whip bananas until very light in color (about 3‑5 minutes)

In separate bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time and then add whipped bananas.

Sift flour and soda, add to mix, mix well

Pour into greased loaf pan (or line with foil)

Bake at 350 for one hour or until middle is firm.
