CHICKEN SALAD

shredded iceberg lettuce

stalks celery, diagonally sliced thin

tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- fried won ton pi wrapper strips
dressing (again for 1)

vegetable oil

sesame oil

tbsp. sugar
- 1
½ tbsp.
Japanese rice wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- ½
tsp.
salt
- 1/8
tsp.
pepper
Toss ingredients, top w/
dressing and won ton pi strips, 2 oz. Fried @ 350 degrees and lightly salted.
Alternate dressing for 2
- 2 TBSP Kraft fat-free 1000 Isle dressing
- ½ TSP sesame oil
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil
- 3/4 TSP rice wine vinegar
- 1 - 2 TBSP water
