AUNTIE PAM’S BAKED CHOCOLATE MOCHI             Pam Jaasko

(32 servings) 

2 cups mochiko flour
1 TBSP. Baking soda
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 TBSP. Cocoa
2 eggs
1 can (12 oz. evaporated milk
1 can (13.5 oz.) Coconut milk
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Sift mochiko flour, baking soda, sugar and cocoa.  In a large bowl combine eggs, evaporated milk, coconut milk and melted butter.  Mix well.  Stir in flour mixture.  Place in a greased 13X9X2 inch baking dish.  Bake for one hour.
