CINNAMON SWIRL 

Let basic dough (BASIC WHITE) rise once. Punch down.  Knead a minute or two on lightly floured board. Divide in half. Roll into 15x7 rectangles. Spread each one with 1 tbs. soft butter. Combine 6 tbs. sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon and spread half on each rectangle. Roll tightly beginning with narrow side. Place in pans to rise in warm place until almost double, about 30­-40 min. Bake in 375 oven 40­45 min.
