CORNBREAD                                                          (C.B. favorite, borrowed from Jeff Smith, the Frugal Gourmet!) 
3/4 cup flour
1 cups cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil

 Mix dry ingredients.  Add liquids and mix until smooth.  Place in a greased or (pammed) 8 X 12-inch pan or a cast iron skillet.  Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
