FOR BBQ’D FISH
Coarsely crush or grind ½
TSP. Dried peppercorns (black, green or pink).
In a bowl, mix peppers with ½ cup good quality ,mayonnaise, ½ TSP.
Minced garlic, 3/4 TSP. Grated lemon peel, and 1 TBSP. Fresh lemon juice.
Makes about ½ cup
