CREAM COLESLAW                                   Juniorís



2 cups mayonnaise
2 TBSP. Cider vinegar
2 TBSP. Sugar
1 TSP. Minced garlic
1 TSP. Ground white pepper
1 TSP. Salt

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients.


5 large carrots (1 Ĺ #) shredded
1 head green cabbage (about 2 pounds), shredded (about 12 cups)

In a large bowl, toss carrots and cabbage.  Immediately pour dressing over cabbage mix and toss until vegetables are well coated.  Cover bowl and refrigerate until vegetables wilt a little, about 15 minutes.  Flavors better if left in refrigerator for at least one hour.  Toss again before serving.
