CREAMY
BROCCOLI SOUP

Place the broccoli,
garlic, onions and 2 tablespoons of the chicken broth in a microwave-safe
dish. Microwave, covered, on high
heat (up to 10 - 12 minutes) until onions and broccoli are soft. Put the vegetables, lemon juice and remaining broth in a blender, puree. Blend in the sour cream, milk and seasonings. Chill. Serves 4. |
