AUNTIE PAM’S CUSTARD MOCHI Pam Jaasko
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in one egg at a time. Add baking powder to mochiko. Add vanilla to milk. Alternate adding milk mixture and mochiko mixture to the butter and egg mixture. Pour into 9 X 13 inch greased pan. Bake one hour and a bit more (5 - 8 minutes) until golden. Cool, cut, and put in fridge after tasting. |
