POTATOES Borrowed.
. . well, I guess I stole this one also!
(Serves

½ TBSP. real Dijon mustard 1
TBSP. olive oil Salt
& fresh ground pepper 1#
new or Yukon gold potatoes, 1+ inch chunked Mix
everything except potatoes in a bowl. In
a lightly oiled baking sheet or pan, 425 degree pre heated oven for 35 -40
minutes. Should be browned and fork
tender options:
add ½ TSP. chopped fresh herb or choice.
Watch out for garlic as it puts a lot of “heat” that derives from the
Dijon taste. |
