DRY RUB FOR PORK RIBS              D. Rosengarten


4 TBSP paprika
2 TBSP celery salt
2 TBSP salt
2 TBSP ground black pepper
2 TBSP ground cumin
2 TBSP packed dark brown sugar
1 TBSP white sugar
1 TBSP ground oregano
1 TBSP cayenne pepper
2 TSP grated lemon peel
2 TSP sage or rosemary leaves, crumbled
2 bay leaves, crumbled
1 TSP dry mustard

Combine all ingredients.  Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.  Makes enough to coat 3 - 4 slabs of pork ribs.
