DRY RUB FOR PORK RIBS
D. Rosengarten
- 4 TBSP paprika
- 2 TBSP celery
salt
- 2 TBSP salt
- 2 TBSP ground
black pepper
- 2 TBSP ground
cumin
- 2 TBSP packed
dark brown sugar
- 1 TBSP white
sugar
- 1 TBSP ground
oregano
- 1 TBSP cayenne
pepper
- 2 TSP grated
lemon peel
- 2 TSP sage or
rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 2 bay leaves,
crumbled
- 1 TSP dry
mustard
Combine all ingredients. Store in a jar with a
tight fitting lid. Makes enough to coat 3 - 4 slabs of pork ribs.
