PECAN BALLS Faucette family
Mix nuts, sugar, butter, vanilla, flour, and salt in a bowl. Work mix together thoroughly with your own little hands until it holds together nicely. Pinch off bits of dough and roll into balls about the size of a large whole walnut. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes in a 375-degree oven. While still quite warm roll in confectioners’ sugar until well coated. Makes 18‑20 balls. |
