PERFECT
FROZEN MARGARITA

This recipe is dedicated to
Keoni Fairbanks. He has been trying
to make the “Perfect” margarita for the past few years with differing
degrees of success. The first batch
or two (he shakes his) come out O.K. Towards
the end of the evenings, the flavors and proportions have been somewhat unique!
In a blender, combine
all ingredients except salt and lime slices, and blend until smooth.
Coat rims of margarita glasses with salt.
Pour into glasses. Makes one
36-oz. Pitcher.
