PIZZA BIANCA W/PROSCIUTTO, ARUGULA &

PARMESAN                                                                                       basic 

2 servings 

1                    10 oz. Can refrigerated pizza dough
2          TBSP good olive oil
8          thin slices prosciutto (about 3 ounces)
1-2       cups packed arugula
1          cup fresh Parmesan shavings (about 2 ounces

Preheat oven to 500º F.  Flour large baking sheet.  Unroll pizza dough on work surface, cut crosswise to make 2 8 X 5” rectangles.  Place on baking sheet.  Drizzle about ½ TBSP olive oil on each pizza.  Bake until crusts are brown, check at about 5 minutes.  Transfer pizzas to plates.  Top with prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan.  Drizzle each with about ½ TBSP olive oil.
