gallon dry red wine
- 1/4 - ½ cup brandy
- 1/3
cup orange
juice
- 2
tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 3
tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
- 1
apple,
cored and cut into wedges
- 1
orange,
sliced
- 1
lime,
sliced
Combine all ingredients,
stir until sugar dissolves, chill 8 hours.
Makes 5 quarts.
