Tomato Feta RElish                        Palomino

 3 cups drained diced tomatoes (3 cans drained)
cup extra virgin olive oil
2 TBSP fresh minced garlic
2 TBSP fresh julienned basil
cup chopped Kalamata olives
2 TBSP diced Maui (or other sweet) onion
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
cup red wine vinegar

Drain tomatoes well, chop a little.  Add all ingredients and serve

Great as a bread dip!
