This cookbook was first given in print form to the members of the wedding party of our oldest son, Kale Braden, in July, 1999.
Papai Street, the street in
Honolulu, Hawaii, that I
grew up on is the inspiration for this website. A number of us that
grew up on Papai Street, or sort of hung out there in their pre-teen and teen
years, get together every summer
for a very informal reunion.
